Strategy, design, and platform development for real estate crowdfunding

Invertir en Grupo (IEG) is a startup offering a disruptive model in the real estate market: facilitating property acquisition through the formation of buying groups to secure volume discounts. We supported the project from its inception, defining the communication strategy and designing a platform that simplifies a collective investment process that would otherwise be complex for users.

Facilitating group formation

The core of the site is a tool designed to connect common interests among potential buyers. We developed a system that allows users to geolocate their areas of interest and define the type of property they are seeking.

If active opportunities already exist in the area, the interface visualizes them directly on an interactive map. Otherwise, the system registers the search so that IEG can centralize demand and negotiate discounts with developers. In this way, the platform design functions not just as a storefront, but as a data-driven engine that enables the client to identify and activate new investment groups efficiently.

Copywriting: Building trust through clarity

Since this was an innovative investment methodology, strategic copywriting was fundamental to validating the model. We worked on a narrative that explained the benefits of group savings transparently, removing the friction of technical financial terminology. We translated complex concepts into an approachable value proposition, ensuring that users understood the security and advantages of the model from their first interaction.
