The Challenge: A dual-user ecosystem
Cursify enables schools and entrepreneurs to manage their own academies and sell online courses independently. It is an e-learning platform designed to simplify the organization of complex curricula. The design process required a deep analysis of two profiles with distinct needs and goals within the same environment: school administrators and students.
For administrators, we focused on making course creation and content uploading a seamless, intuitive process—removing technical barriers and granting them full autonomy.
Simultaneously, we developed the Student Experience (LMS) with a focus on clarity and guidance. We ensured the interface acted as a facilitator rather than an obstacle; visualizing course progress and simplifying module access were strategic design decisions aimed at maintaining student motivation and reducing dropout rates.
